Do you send samples?

Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet. A £12 sample pack arrives by post within five working days. Two papers — Beeswax and Smoked Glasshouse — and three colourways.

How do I work out how many panels I need?

Use the panel calculator on any product page. Or send your wall dimensions and we'll do it by hand within one studio day.

Can you paint a custom size?

Yes — on a commission basis. Custom-size catalogue panels begin at £4,200. Begin a commission → [bespoke.html]

What is the lead time?

Catalogue panels: 4–6 working weeks. Bespoke commissions: 8–14 working weeks from approved sketch.

What is the paper?

Unbleached rag, 240 gsm, milled at Lorem Mill in West Yorkshire. Deckle-edged long side.

What is the ink?

Iron-gall ink — oak gall, iron sulphate, gum arabic. Hand-mixed at the studio. Lightfastness Lv 7.

Is the panel fire-rated?

Yes — Class B-s1, d0 to BS EN 13501-1 when installed with our paste system.

Do you provide a hanger?

We introduce a named installer from our paperhanger network at the order stage — London, New York, Paris, Los Angeles.

What paste do you use?

Standard lining paste, brushed onto the wall (not the paper). Pattern-matched at the seam.

How are the seams handled?

Lorem ipsum. Seams butt-joined, not overlapped. A 6 mm pattern-match overlap is built into the panel edge.

How is it shipped?

Hand-rolled in West London, dispatched Thursday. 7–9 working days to NYC, 5–7 to London.

What if it arrives damaged?

We reprint within 10 working days. No questions.

Can I return it?

Hand-painted editions are made to order; we do not accept returns. Sample packs are unrestricted.

How long does a commission take?

8–14 working weeks from approved sketch. The sketch arrives within 10 working days of the brief.

How many revisions are included?

Two sketch revisions and one painted-proof revision are included. Further revisions are billed.

What deposit is required?

50% on approved sketch, 50% on dispatch.
